home cooked dinners by the season

Here’s the Beef – Three of My Favorites

Here’s the Beef – Three of My Favorites

In case you haven’t had the chance to try one of these recipes or maybe you have but they are just off your radar I am reposting them to remind you for summer grilling.

All three involve a little marinating. I always feel content and a bit smug when I know I have something marinating ahead. That fated time of the late afternoon arrives when you are wondering what you will cook for dinner and I am not in a panic for what to prepare. Multiply that times ten in the summer.

And not to be gender stereotyping or anything, but Father’s Day is approaching. And if your husband is anything like Brad, he is so happy when grilled beef is on the menu.

So here they are – Balsamic and Rosemary Grilled Flank Steak with Caramelized Onions and Gorgonzola, Hanger Steak with Chimichurri Sauce and Maui-Style Ribs. Make them regulars on your summer grilling rotation. They all reheat well the next day so increase the recipe if you want to enjoy leftovers.
