Herb Garlic Butter for Baguette
 
 
Serves: ½ cup - enough for 1 baguette
Ingredients
  • 4 oz butter, softened (1 stick)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
  • pinch kosher salt
  • pinch fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 baguette
Instructions
  1. Stir together butter, Parmesan, butter, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Slice baguette in half, widthwise, into two long halves. Spread each half with herb garlic butter.
  3. Preheat broiler. Broil baguette just until butter is melted and bread is lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Slice into pieces.
